Víťazný súťažný návrh vo vyzvanej architektonickej súťaži. Riešené územie sa nachádza na Hollého ulici, priamo v historickom centre mesta Trnavy. Navrhovaný objekt bytového domu s polyfunkciou urbanisticky dopĺňa mestskú ulicu o ortogonálny nárožný blok, rešpektuje hmotovo, funkčne aj prevádzkovo požiadavky územného plánu a zadávacie podmienky. Návrh Rezidencie Leonardo sa snaží o posilnenie identity prostredia, dodanie novej architektonickej kvality použitím súčasných výrazových prostriedkov, pričom rešpektuje historické fakty. Architektonická koncepcia je založená na dvoch tvárach domu – vonkajšej a vnútornej, podporenú aj materiálovo. Z exteriéru je fasáda hladká, stena plynule nadväzuje na strechu, do fasády sú vyrezané otvory pre loggie a terasy, kryté posuvným bezrámovým zasklením. Z hlavnej hmoty je vybraná časť impozantného nástupu – pre vstup na cetrálnu piazzu. Piazza je zjemnená zeleňou, ktorá vchádza do domu ako koberec. Je tu paralela na stredoveké dvory a malé vnútorné námestia, ktoré vytvárali priestory polointímne, poloverejné.

The winning tender in the architectural conpetition. The current area is located on Hollého street, right in the historical centre of the town Trnava. The designed building of apartment houses is added to the street in the form of an orthogonal corner block. It respects the mass, functional and operational requirements of the general plan of the city. The plan seeks to strengthen the identity of the environment; provide a new architectural quality using the current expressive means, whereby respecting historical facts. The architectonical concept is based on the 2 faces of the building – the exterior and the interior. They are supported by the materials too. From the exterior the fasade is smooth, the wall follows the roof continuously. There are cuts made into the fasade for the loggia and terraces. They have a sliding glazing without any frame. The imposing onset is a selected section from the main material – for the entrance to the central piazza. The piazza is sublimed by greenery, which continues into the house as a carpet. There is a paralell to the medieval courtyard and small internal square – semi-public, semi-intimate places.
