Výstavba apartmánových domov v Hrabove na individuálnu rekreáciu, apartmánové byty ako aj na ubytovacie zariadenie s charakterom penziónu v prevedení modernej organickej architektúry a širokou ponukou kvalitných rekreačných služieb. Navrhované objekty sú zasadené do terénu s akceptovaním morfologických pomerov územia. Presné osadenie bude ešte korigované podľa jestvujúcej vysokej zelene, ktorá bude súčasťou architektúry svojou bezprostrednou vzájomnou polohou resp vzájomným prerastaním. Hlavným vizuálnym materiálom navrhovaných objektov bude drevo, sklo, pohľadový betón. Strechy budú využívané na terasy, resp. ako zelené strechy. Do apartmánových domov sa bude vstupovať zo spoločných priestorov.

The development of apartment houses in Hrabovo for individual recreation, apartment accomodations as well as the guesthouse, follow the pattern of modern organic architecture with a wide range of qualitative leisure services. The proposed buildings are set into the ground, accepting the morphological ratios of the territory. The exact location will be corrected according to the existing high green, which is going to form a part of the architecture by its inmediate position and mutual overgrowth. The primary visual material of the proposed buildings is going to be wood, glass and concrete. The roofs are going to be used for terraces, respectively as green roofs. The apartment houses will have access from the common areas.
