Riešené územie sa nachádza pri Sobieskeho ulici v časti východné nábrežie v Štúrove. Pozitívom lokality je blízka nadväznosť na centrum mesta, množstvo zelene, vodný tok a atraktívne výhľady na Baziliku v Ostrihome. Navrhovaná forma objektu vychádza z racionálneho obdĺžnikového pôdorysu. Z plnej hmoty kubusu je vyrezaná vnútorná časť, pričom vzniká atrium, zelený dvor pre relax obyvateľov domu. Proporcia atria umožnuje vytvorenie intímnejšieho súkromného priestoru, dobré preslnenie bytov, ktoré je podporené z južnej strany znížením časti hmoty na 3.NP. Snaha dostať na pozemok čo najviac zelených plôch a vytvoriť kvalitné obytné prostredie je ďalším atribútom návrhu. Pre tento účel slúži malý strešný park situovaný na streche obchodov, ktorý funguje ako vnútrobloková obytná zeleň pre obyvateľov bytových domov.

The area is situated by Sobieskeho Street, in the eastern embankment of Štúrovo. The advantage of this site lies in its close location to the town centre, amount of greenery, water flow and an attractive view of the Basilica in Ostrihom. The form of the building is based on a rational rectangular floor plan. The atrium – a green court for the relaxation of the habitants – is an internal part, selected from the main mass. This proportion creates an intimate space, enables the sufficiency of sunshine for the house what is supported by the reduction of the mass on the 3rd floor from the south part. There is an ambition to create as much greenery as possible. The another attribute of the building´s proposal is to create a qualitative background for living. For this purpose, there is a small park situated on the roof of the shops. It works as an inner-block greenery for the residents.
