Navrhovan bytov dom m ambciu vytvori kultivovan, dispozi鈩e prehｾadn a prjemn prostredie pre budcich u橲vateｾov. Z疚ladn koncepcia vych疆za z charakteru bytov馼o domu, stv疵nen馼o s鐶snmi vrazovmi prostriedkami s ohｾadom na vysok kvalitu bvania, ako je intimita, dostatok zelene, parkov prava are疝u, detsk ihrisko. Bytov dom je navrhovan tak, aby akceptoval a vyu枴l potenci疝 atraktvnej polohy na Jesenskom v燠ku. Hmotovo-priestorov rie啼nie vych疆za z jednoduchej line疵nej hmoty, pri鑰m je determinovan tvarom pozemku, ter駭om a orient當iou k svetovm stran疥. Fas疆y si zachov疱aj tradi鈩 mestsk 鑞enenie na parter, telo a strechu. Toto 鑞enenie je podporen zmenou materi疝u, farbou ako aj vntornou funkciou.
The proposed apartment block has an ambition to create a clear disposition, pleasant and cultivated environment for the future owners. The concept is based on the character of a residential house, representing expressive current means. It respects the high quality of living, such as intimacy, sufficiency of greenery, park adjustment of the area and playground. The residential house is designed in a way to accept and utilize the potential of its attractive location at Jesensky v燠ok. The form is based on a simple linear mass. It is determinated by the shape of the land, topography and the orientation towards the cardinal points. The fasades preserve traditional urban division to the parterre, body and roof. This subdivision is supported by the change of materials, colour as well as internal functions.
